They are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team - this is the perfect entry-level role for someone with administration experience who is looking to transition into the world of real estate!
**The Position**
In the role of Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and enquiries
- Meet and greet clients in the office
- Diary management and appointment booking for the team
- Upload property listings on the website
- Assist with admin support for the sales and property management team
- Data entry and database management
**The Person**
- No real estate experience required - a strong work ethic and willingness to learn is a must!
- Previous experience in an administration or receptionist role in an office environment ideal
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- First class customer service and communication skills
- Must be computer savvy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and a great multi-tasker
- Immaculate personal presentation
