About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator Business Support to join our team, working on a permanent full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and amend travel bookings for mining personnel using INX SAM.
* Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, document control.
* Assist with the creation and distribution of site communications and compliance documents.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Mining Services Area.
* Perform accurate and timely data entry in SAP.
* Provide exceptional customer service in line with organisational policies and standards.
* Collaborate effectively with other departments to streamline administrative processes.
* Manage competing priorities with strong time management and adaptability.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in office administration, ideally within a mining or industrial environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with SAP and/or INX systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification (desirable).
