Fixed Plant Maintenance Fitter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Fixed Plant Maintenance Fitter or Tradesperson to join our team in Deer Park.

* Perform maintenance on a diverse range of asphalt fixed and mobile equipment
* Respond to and manage breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime
* Identify and resolve mechanical faults using engineering drawings and P&IDs
* Manage inventory, stock take, and workshop cleanliness
* Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively
* Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety requirements
* Availability for flexible work schedules, including day, night, and Saturday shifts

* Mechanical trade qualification
* Sound mechanical knowledge, hydraulics, and auto electrical systems based on experience
* Heavy vehicle licenses preferred - Car license minimum
* Forklift / EWP licenses are advantageous
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Excellent organisation and coordination skills
