Hospital Specialist Representative – WA East

As part of an exciting organisational transformation, the business is sharpening its focus on Specialty Medicine, particularly across the cardiometabolic area. With a strategically important product launched in Australia in recent years, they are now investing further to accelerate uptake, strengthen partnerships, and optimise performance across key specialist centres.
The Role This full‑time, permanent position places you at the forefront of specialist engagement in the WA East region. You'll be responsible for driving continued growth of a high‑value cardiometabolic therapy with deep clinical relevance and strong market potential.
You will:
* Expand adoption of a specialty medicine already established in the Australian market
* Build influential, long‑term relationships with cardiologists, nephrologists, general medicine consultants, endocrinologists in private practice and hospital settings
* Develop and execute strategic business plans rooted in data, insights and customer needs
* Confidently communicate complex clinical and technical information
* Collaborate closely with medical, marketing and broader cross‑functional stakeholders
* Report directly to the regional sales manager
* Join a small, agile and highly collaborative team committed to excellence
About You
* Proven pharmaceutical specialist experience
* Experience selling to cardiologists (ideal but not essential)
* Strong capability in interpreting and presenting technical clinical data
* Sharp business acumen and territory planning expertise
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales outcomes
* Solid understanding of the Australian hospital and specialist ecosystem
* High‑level communication and customer engagement skills
