About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide administrative assistance to program leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document Management: Prepare, format, and review program and contract documentation with accuracy and consistency.
* Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports to stakeholders.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, document management systems, and reporting schedules.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct proofreading and quality checks to ensure documents are clear, consistent, and professional.
* Data Entry: Perform data entry, collation, and administrative support across programs.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support reporting requirements and deliverables.
