- **Base Salary $99,455 + 17% superannuation**
**About the opportunity**
As a trusted and strategy-focused **Recruitment Officer**, you will invest significant effort towards holistically understanding the client group to proactively deliver fit-for-purpose recruitment advice.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- deliver expert and timely advice relating to recruitment policies, selection processes, labour market information and recruitment trends
- utilise your stakeholder management skills towards managing a diverse client base and resolving complexities in collaboration with other HR colleagues and internal stakeholders
- creatively attract top talent and building prequalified talent pools through innovative attraction strategies
**About you**
- proven proactive approach with stakeholders, supporting the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services within a multidisciplinary, complex organisation
- previous experience recruiting a high volume of diverse professional roles either in a recruitment agency or within in-house recruitment
- experience using Workday as a recruitment platform will be highly advantageous
- strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills to deliver messaging on a variety of channels to varied audiences
- experience interpreting recruitment and labour market data
- an agile and flexible approach that is able to pivot and contribute to overall team success
