What You’ll Do
* Support children, young people, parents, carers and families at home and in the community
* Deliver evidence-informed strategies from parenting support to life skills development
* Connect families with education, employment and community services
* Collaborate with Child Safety, government and community partners for wraparound care
* Maintain clear, compliant case documentation
What You’ll Bring
* Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver’s licence and ability to travel locally
* Flexibility across mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts
* Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor (completed or in progress) in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or related field
* Experience supporting children, young people and families in community-based settings
