We're seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Service Delivery Specialist to support the delivery of reliable, high-quality IT services across our school network in Mt Isa. In this hands‐on role, you'll apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, support system performance, and ensure our students and staff stay connected and supported.
Working as part of a collaborative ITS team, you'll play a key role in maintaining systems, improving service delivery, and contributing to projects that enhance digital environments within our western schools.

Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, sound judgement, and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Well‐developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly organised and detail‐oriented with ability to maintain accuracy and deliver high‐quality outcomes.
