Commercial Insights Manager
Strengthen and grow your commercial business partnering capabilities with a big impact in our Customer & People Experience team. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to provide commercial guidance across commission structures, distribution channels, and operating expenditure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate the effectiveness of existing commission schemes and develop new proposals that reward value and service, not just volume.
* Track and analyse all types of commission transactions to ensure alignment and identify adverse trends early.
* Understand and communicate technical implications of accounting standards on commission recognition and ensure compliance.
* Partner with the Sales team to assess distribution of points of presence and ensure optimal geographic and strategic placement.
* Review and approve monthly and quarterly commission payments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with performance.
* Design special incentives to drive focus on strategic product lines or business areas.
* Collaborate with Senior Finance Managers to monitor sales quality, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to controls or commission structures.
