The Office Administrator will be based full time in Computershare Communication Services (CCS), Ermington Office.
We are looking for someone who will be proactive in supporting the goals and activities of the organisation and who enjoys collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless service so that support operational activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

**Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to)**:
- Receptionist to the Ermington Site - must be on site 5 days a week.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Security Card Access System management; Provides access and cards for new starters as well as managing and maintaining for departed employees.
- Office Facilities Management;
- Management and co-ordination of Cleaners and contracts
- Co-ordinating for site maintenance with property manager
- Co-ordination of site for any repairs and breakages
- Ordering of stationary and office supplies
- Co-ordination of Pest control maintenance
- Management of electrical tagging and testing
- Acts as an assistant and administrator to business onsite management team
- Provide support to onsite staff on planning and coordination of the meeting rooms and meeting management
- Provide administration and logístical support for the calendar of group large meetings for Computershare, including support for the:
- Scheduling of meetings and video conferences, including all travel arrangements as well as engaging with overseas offices as necessary when meetings are held outside of Australia
- Co-ordination of onsite events
- Liaising with stakeholders to co-ordinate meetings and other administrative matters
