Exciting Permanent Full-time AO5 opportunity with the Finance Team
It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 (Health Employment Directive No. 12/21 and Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Develop a robust knowledge of the business in order to be able to provide advice and analysis to key stakeholders, including understanding of cost structures and drivers.
- Develop, monitor, analyse and report on the allocated budget for and revenue targets through key performance drivers.
- Assist in the development, co-ordination, monitoring and maintenance of the relevant service line financial management and systems.
- Provide confidential, effective and efficient budgetary and financial service and support to financial performance and relevant Management.
- Maintain a variety of cost objects in S/4HANA including cost centres and internal orders in consultation with and on behalf of other directorates.
- Assist in the compilation of financial and non-financial reporting and other documents for Management including briefs and project documents.

To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:

- Demonstrated ability or the ability to rapidly knowledge in the extraction and interpretation of data from Financial/Human Resource systems, preferably SAP (S/4HANA) and DSS Necto.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare financial and human resource management reports to assist decision
- making, including the ability to utilise relevant software.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven effective consultative, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills appropriate to an environment of change and evolution.
