* As a key member of our Trade & Working Capital team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial solutions to customers across various sectors.
* You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored trade and working capital strategies that drive sustainable growth.
* Utilizing your extensive knowledge of cash flow lending, receivables finance, structured trade, and working capital, you will identify opportunities for business expansion and implement effective financial structures to maximize returns.
* With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of complex financial data, you will recommend suitable financial solutions that align with customer objectives.
* Able to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, you will foster trust and confidence in our ability to deliver innovative financial solutions.
* Through proactive business development initiatives, you will maintain a significant opportunity pipeline and execute transactions that meet customer needs.
What We're Looking For
* A strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to represent our financial strategy.
* Minimum 7 years' experience in banking, in a business development/sales role incorporating cash flow lending, receivables finance, structured trade, working capital, or trade finance.
* Ability to drive business outcomes, lead initiatives from strategy through to completion, and demonstrate a proven track record of success.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Business or Finance related Degree or Diploma.
