* Support the delivery of strategic initiatives to integrate and harmonize key values and processes within Australian operations.
* Lead the digitalization of onboarding, probation, leave management and other HR systems in Australia.
* Collaborate with industry and functional staff to consult and deliver HR initiatives including buddy and work from home planning programs.
* Assist in reviewing policies, awards, contracts and IFAs to ensure consistent employee engagement and alignment with organizational requirements.
* Partner with relevant stakeholders to support timely workforce planning activities.
* Undertake salary benchmarking and provide considered recommendations.
* Work with management to establish and execute actions driven by HR data analysis.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including coordination of relevant communications.
* Support seasonal talent acquisition and training activities, including scheduling medicals and online training allocations.
Key qualifications include:
* Relevant degree in Business and Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in an established HR Generalist role.
* Strong knowledge of rewards and technical skills (Microsoft & SharePoint).
* Strong numerical and analytical reporting skills.
* Ability to problem solve.
* Previous experience in HRIS (Workday) is desirable.
