Sales Coordinator role at JCDecaux involves sales support and administration in a dynamic media environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Sales Team across all sales activities.
* Assisting with building campaign proposals.
* Creating and running relevant reports such as MOVE, Fusion, Agile.
* Liaising with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements.
* Communicating with Trading & CTU to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts.
* Providing sales team with post-analysis of advertising campaigns.
* Assisting Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing.
* Tracking bonus delivery agreed for campaigns set by salespeople.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
* An ambitious self-starter.
* Possessing solid administration skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Skilled in problem-solving and communication.
* Able to multitask and work unsupervised.
* Customer service-oriented.
