Job Title: Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee administrative and documentation tasks within our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining systems, monitoring asset records, coordinating staff timesheets, and facilitating procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and update operational systems, including planning, rostering, and WHS compliance
* Monitor and maintain asset maintenance records and registers
* Coordinate staff timesheet records and track work hours
* Facilitate competitive quoting and procurement processes for equipment and supplies
* Support WHS inductions, training, and policy rollouts
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
* Contribute to continuous improvement of operational systems and procedures
Requirements:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in facilities management or WHS environments (preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
