Job Description Holy Spirit Croydon Permanent Part Time - 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday Close to Croydon Station, buses also Parking onsite Catholic Healthcare's Holy Spirit Croydon is a (127 bed) home looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator providing quality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of our home. To be successful in this role you'll need: Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care, retirement, schools or similar Minor repairs in walls, such as patching holes, repainting, installing grab rails Plumbing repairs, such as changing tap washers, fixing leaks, unblocking toilets, IT savvy - also small appliance, TV & Internet connections Handyman tasks such as repairing furniture, hanging shelves, maintaining the oiling of timber decks as required, cleaning stormwater grates once every 6 weeks Cleaning the carpark area on a regular basis-gurney once per month, garbage chutes and bin rooms on a regular basis–gurney once per month Recycling cardboard using the Bailer Machine, managing the removal and collection of garbage bins as often as required Ideally Trade certified Highly computer literate, provide works costs estimates, logging and attending to work orders through an online system Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritise and be organise Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements essential IT savvy - TV & Internet connections Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers License Fully COVID vaccinated Willing to complete a Police check NDIS clearance or willing to obtain Additional Information Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services, retirement living across NSW and SE QLD.
