Overview
Coordinate the engineering team delivering electrical, instrumentation, and control system upgrades on a major brownfields project. Work across design, procurement, and site execution, ensuring compliance, quality, and safety throughout all project phases.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Understanding of QA/QC and statutory compliance
* Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage project engineering team
* Oversee design, work packs, and documentation
* Monitor quality and electrical compliance
* Manage project schedules and reporting
* Coordinate resources, materials, and vendors
* Long-term contract through project completion
* 8:6 FIFO roster with stability and site support
* Exposure to major brownfields infrastructure works
* Collaborative team culture
