Role Description
McCorkell is seeking a full-time Contact Center Agent to join our vibrant team on-site in North Sydney, NSW. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer support, assist with inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
Additional responsibilities include managing customer interactions effectively, documenting communications, and delivering personalized solutions to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a vital role in offering a seamless experience and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage with diverse clients professionally and empathetically.
* Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, data entry systems, and basic technical troubleshooting.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a contact center environment or customer-facing role is advantageous.
* High degree of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
