Job Description:
As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Service team, contributing to customer project and reliability solutions for hydraulic rock drill and associated products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough audits and reports of drill rigs and lubrication systems
* Install, commission, and provide support for RDSA products and services
* Execute projects, record data according to established plans
* Mentor and lead by example in service centers
* Provide product training both internally and externally
* Troubleshoot issues and strive to resolve them with effective solutions
* Develop documented processes for procedural development
Requirements:
* Relevant trade qualifications are essential
* Knowledge of underground mining industry, specifically hydraulic rock drilling processes, is desirable
* Experience with RDSA or OEM products is highly regarded
* Proficiency in computer applications like word processing, email management, spreadsheet analysis, presentation, and publishing software
* Ability to excel in fast-paced environments requiring critical thinking, strong technical skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
* Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to adapt to change
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong report writing skills with high attention to detail
