We are passionately seeking a proactive Duty Manager to join our management team

The Fortitudo Group has a portfolio of seven hotels, along with four attached drive-thru bottle shops and a network of detached bottle shops.

About the role
This is a permanent, full-time role reporting directly to the Venue Manager.
You will be responsible for assisting in leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the venue.
Key responsibilities and qualifications
Proven success in a hospitality management role, with at least 12 months of experience
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV certificates and approved managers licence
Previous experience in a suburban pub is advantageous
Ability to engage with the community and drive exceptional customer experiences
Outgoing, energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
Ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures
Reliable and excellent personal presentation
Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within it
Your drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key in this role, assisting in leading the team to success through a hands-on approach teaching new skills and expectations to staff, to help build a strong hospitality team focused on delivering exceptional service.
