We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Risk Management practice based in Perth - St Georges Terrace. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships by proactively understanding and responding to their needs.
* Implement renewal and broking strategies tailored to client requirements.
* Liaise with the Claims team to safeguard client interests and ensure timely claims settlement.
* Foster sound working relationships with insurers and participate in negotiations.
* Oversee renewals, credit control, and reporting for the client portfolio.
* Identify and act upon new business opportunities, whether new or expanded.
* Introduce new products or broader policies when appropriate.
* Adhere strictly to company policies, quality practices, and established systems and procedures.
* Comply fully with the Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy.
* Collaborate with Marsh Client Operations (MCO) to ensure timely and accurate document production, reporting, and processing.
* Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
* At least 3 years in general lines insurance broking.
* Clear and effective communication skills with strong dedication to client service, and a knack for anticipating and exceeding client needs.
* Ability to work independently within a multi-skilled team.
* Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage workloads, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
* Skilled in problem‑solving and creative thinking.
