Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Support the despatch supervisor to ensure all orders are despatched on time and in full
* Check orders and ensure they are picked correctly
* Maintain the transport pick and despatch system
* Attending to gate to ensure all vehicles exiting the branch are leaving with the correct supplies
* Liaising with other staff about any issues regarding deliveries and pick-ups
* You may be required to assist with loading/unloading of trucks
We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:
* Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
* A capability to undertake physical tasks safely
* Ability to navigate computers and systems
* Good organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
* A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
