Job Description
* Warmly greeting patients and making them feel at ease
* Scheduling and confirming appointments
* Managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
* Handling phone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
* Processing payments and assisting with administrative tasks
* Maintaining a tidy, organised, and inviting reception area
* Using our booking and record-keeping systems efficiently
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is preferred, but not required.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using computer software applications.
* Experience with file keeping and data entry.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
While dental experience is preferred, we also highly regard experience in the medical, veterinary, or nursing fields. However, don't worry if you have no prior experience! If you have the right attitude and a strong desire to learn, we want to hear from you!
