Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator FASHION
We're looking for a capable, detail-oriented operator to take ownership across customer experience, operations coordination, and administration.
This role requires someone who can think clearly, stay organised under pressure, and take responsibility for keeping multiple parts of the business running smoothly. You'll be central to how we support our customers, coordinate daily operations, and maintain structure across systems and reporting.
You will work directly with customers through 1:1 styling sessions and represent the brand through virtual styling and live social content. A genuine love of fashion and interest in styling is essential.
This role is best suited to someone who takes ownership and thrives on responsibility. It suits someone who enjoys being relied on and takes pride in doing things properly.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Styling
Manage customer enquiries with clear, professional, and solutions-focused communication.
Conduct 1:1 styling sessions (virtual and/or in-person).
Confidently host or participate in live styling sessions on social media.
Build genuine relationships with customers and support purchase decisions.
Oversee returns, exchanges, and issue resolution.
Operations & Dispatch Coordination
Coordinate daily dispatch workflow to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Liaise with the warehouse/dispatch team to resolve issues and maintain flow.
Identify and address operational inefficiencies.
Administration & Reporting
Own and maintain spreadsheets, reporting, and internal tracking systems.
Support day-to-day office coordination.
Improve processes and bring structure to how information is managed.
About You

You:
Have strong administrative skills and are highly organised.
Are confident working with data, systems, and reporting.
Communicate clearly and professionally in writing.
Have a genuine love of fashion and interest in styling.
Are confident working directly with customers in a styling capacity.
Are comfortable on camera and able to represent the brand in live or recorded content.
Have high attention to detail and follow-through.
Are proactive—you don't wait to be told what to do.
Are comfortable working across multiple areas of a business.
Have experience in women's fashion, retail, or eCommerce (preferred).
Have 3+ years experience in a similar customer, operations, or administrative role.
