The Haematology Clinical Trials Unit at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital is seeking a Research Project and Quality Manager with a sharp eye for detail, a collaborative leadership style, and a genuine commitment to excellence in clinical research.

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). Ideal Candidate

* Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant equivalent professional experience in a clinical research environment.
* Experience in conducting clinical trials in a health service environment with experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
* Experience in managing clinical trials support units; ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve the research objectives of the unit.
* Sound understanding of research, ethics and governance processes; Experience in preparing, submitting and managing research ethics applications.
