We're seeking experienced, motivated Site Managers to lead operations at Elizabeth and Angle Vale.
These are hands-on leadership roles with the chance to shape team culture, deliver excellent customer experiences, and make a real impact on store performance.
The Role
As a Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of your site, from team leadership to day-to-day operations.
Whether managing a smaller team of 5–6 casuals at Elizabeth or a larger team of 15 at Angle Vale, you'll ensure your store runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest business standards.
This is a hands-on, on-the-floor role where your leadership, initiative, and operational expertise will directly influence store success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve service and performance goals
Manage daily operations including staffing, stock control, and service delivery
Create rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage
Monitor inventory, conduct stocktakes, and place orders as needed
Resolve customer queries and feedback professionally and promptly
Ensure point-of-sale accuracy, daily banking, and invoice reconciliation
Maintain store presentation, equipment functionality, and workplace cleanliness
Enforce WHS standards and ensure compliance with procedures
Collaborate with regional managers to meet operational and audit benchmarks
Act as the main contact for your site, driving improvements and team engagement
About You
Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, fuel, hospitality
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
Strong decision-making, initiative, and accountability
Hands-on work ethic with a customer-first approach
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Organised, reliable, and results-driven
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays if needed
What's on Offer
$60k-$67k + super + allowances.
Salary dependent on store size
