As a KEY valued member of this close-knit winning PROPERTY law team, in this high impact+ hands‐on role, reporting to a friendly partner, you will enjoy:

* having full carriage of your own residential purchase & sales conveyancing files (NSW, VIC, QLD) from start to finish (pre-exchange, exchange, post-exchange, settlement, post-settlement).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* have a minimum of 3-10+ years (no limit on seniority) proven experience in residential conveyancing in NSW (essential) and interstate eg VIC/QLD (desirable but not essential);
* have proven your ability to manage a high volume of your own conveyancing files from start to finish (minimum 25+ active at any given time);
* have outstanding communication+ client-service skills & excel at attention to detail+ meeting deadlines;
* are preferably a licensed conveyancer (not essential);
* love what you do, have lots of positive energy+ a 'can-do/what-ever it takes' attitude!
* have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) + PEXA skills (essential);
* are hungry to PROGRESS your career in a KEY pivotal role with a stand‐out law firm dedicated to their staff long‐term.
