About the role
As we continue to expand our foot print on the Central Coast, we are looking for a Senior Property Manager with a solid customer service background to oversee all aspects of an investment portfolio and foster long-term client relationships. You will be supported by our Head of Property Management, Team Leaders, Property Managers, and Leasing teams.
This full-time role, from Monday to Friday, is best suited for someone with minimum 2 years experience in Property Management. Our systems and processes enable efficient portfolio management, allowing you to focus on your clients.

Skills and experience
Experience and Skills Required:
A current NSW Certificate of Registration (must be willing to obtain and work toward a real estate license)
A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal clients
