We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support the day to day operations at a popular retail location in Homebush. This renowned Australian brand, known for its high quality basics and wardrobe staples, is looking for a passionate leader to help drive sales, support the team, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the store's operations, including leading the team, managing stock, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of a growing, high performing retail store.
What You'll Do
* Assist in leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets
* Support day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock management, and visual merchandising
* Help drive store performance by working towards KPIs such as sales, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT)
* Ensure the store is visually appealing, well‑stocked, and aligned with the brand's standards
* Assist in implementing sales strategies to maximise store performance and customer satisfaction
* Manage inventory, deliveries, and stock replenishment to ensure smooth operations
* Support the Store Manager with administrative duties, including reporting and compliance with company policies
* Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
What You'll Bring
