The role is offering ongoing temporary work with a potential for extension within a fast-paced environment, managing a team responsible for both billings and collections. The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for overseeing a small team ensuring: The timely and accurate receipting and processing of payments Collections of outstanding debts Repayment negotiations Providing high level of customer service within a complex portfolio Strong understanding of credit policy and compliance Query resolution and the handling of escalated issues Improvement of processes and procedures Your Profile To be successful you will have proven experience leading a credit team. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous: Excellent negotiation skills Time management and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders Able to start immediately An ability to recommend improvements to workflows and to implement processed and procedures to improve the service delivery of this team will also be required.
