Job Summary
This Adelaide based office role supports major clients with planning and coordination of complex shutdown events. The Shutdown Coordinator will work Monday to Friday with nominal 8 hour days.
* Coordinate shutdown planning, scheduling and execution activities
* Develop detailed job steps, work packs, and scopes for Tier 4 shutdowns
* Maintain and update shutdown data within SAP systems
* Develop and integrate schedules using P6 software
* Liaise with maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors teams
* Support shutdown readiness and progress tracking throughout the lifecycle
Requirements:
* Experience gained through maintenance, trade or engineering roles in heavy industry with oil and gas experience highly regarded
* Strong skills in SAP systems for shutdown or event planning
* Proficient in P6 scheduling software
* Proven experience in coordinating major shutdowns
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Australian work visa required
