* Lead and inspire a team of Arts teachers to deliver high‐quality, aligned and engaging curriculum across all year levels.
* Drive a culture of collaboration, professional growth and collective efficacy within the Arts faculty.
* Oversee the continued growth and excellence of the Academy of Creative Arts, including performances, showcases and community partnerships.
* Embed innovative and contemporary pedagogical practices that enhance student agency, engagement and achievement.
* Use data‐informed practices to monitor student outcomes and refine teaching strategies.
* Foster strong connections with the wider school community to promote the value and impact of the Arts.
* Contribute to whole‐school improvement priorities as a key member of the leadership team.
