The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution.
This role is offered on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours per week) and flexible schedule; we're happy to consider Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, depending on your preference. This field‑based role requires travel across your territory in the Toowoomba region, servicing a set customer base per day.
Key Responsibilities
Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibilityReplenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planogramsLead in‑store activations to support promotions and campaignsLiaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintainedProvide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores
About You
You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
In addition, you will have:
Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territoryExcellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentationProfessionally presented and confident representing our brand at customer sitesStrong time management while meeting scheduled service requirementsExperience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
