Electrical and Instrumentation Construction Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Construction Specialist to deliver FEED projects associated with construction activities, ensuring works scopes can be completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop access work packs;
* Input into construction feasibility studies;
* Provide inputs into constructability reviews, schedules, and estimates;
* Coordinate with personnel offshore;
* Input into design and engineering to optimize construction activities.
Requirements:
* Suitably qualified with a degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or a tertiary qualification supported by 5+ years of relevant industry experience;
* Ideal candidate will have proven experience as an E&I Construction Engineer within a Brownfield EPC, ESC, or EPCM environment, preferably within the Australian Oil & Gas/LNG industry;
* Demonstrated commitment to safety;
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – both written and verbal;
* Previous experience in a construction engineering and coordination role working in a project multidisciplinary team;
* Experience interpreting discipline documentation;
* Sound knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs), and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS);
* Good knowledge and understanding of technical specifications.
