CQ Psych Services is looking for a Dedicated Administration Officer to join our Client Relations Team. In this role you will be the welcoming face and supportive backbone of our practice, helping ensure every client experience is warm, smooth and professional.

You will be part of an established, collaborative admin hub that works closely together to support clinicians, clients, and the smooth running of the practice.

About the Role

This is a busy and varied role within our Client Relations Team.

You will work alongside other Administration Officers to ensure our clients receive a welcoming and supportive experience from their first contact with the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone
* Booking and managing appointments for multiple clinician diaries
* Supporting clinicians with scheduling and client coordination
* Managing client enquiries via phone and email
* Processing payments and invoicing
* Maintaining client files and administrative records
* Supporting daily operations to ensure the practice runs smoothly
* Utilising systems such as Zanda, DropBox, Stripe and Trello
* Maintaining a professional, welcoming front-of-house environment
* Completing team training and supervision sessions

This role requires someone who can multi-task, prioritise effectively and maintain attention to detail while delivering exceptional service.

About You

You are someone who:

Preferred experience:

* Minimum 2 years administration experience
* Experience in medical, allied health or professional services environments
* Strong computer and organisational skills
* Experience with practice management systems (desirable)
