As a leader in the claim process, you will be responsible for driving the payment process of our Unify Networks contract to an industry-leading standard.
About the Role:
To lead, measure, improve and report the claim payment process within the NBN Unity Networks contract to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the claim team to operate efficiently and accurately
* Maximise pass rates and minimise claim rejections
* Analyse and resolve claim rejections efficiently
* Contribute to the profitability and growth of our organisation by ensuring the claim team operates effectively
