Position Title: Assistant Director of Pharmacy
Location: Rockhampton Region

As Assistant Director of Pharmacy, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure safe, effective, and patient‐centred medication management across a diverse and geographically dispersed health service.
About The Role
* Utilise high level professional skills to lead the provision of a high quality professional clinical pharmacy (including dispensary) and distribution service.
* Utilise high level professional judgement and evidence in advising senior management on service improvement and quality activities.
* Active participation in Medication Safety Committees and other quality improvement initiatives as directed.
About You
* The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in pharmacy and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a pharmacist in Australia (or eligible for registration in Australia).
What We Offer
Total remuneration value of up to $172,615 is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $73.12 – $76.30 p.h.
* 75% employer superannuation contribution
* 5% leave loading
