We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to partner with our clients and the broader Podean team to develop and execute Amazon and marketplace strategies and unlock incremental brand growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing clients including client servicing, strategy, project management, and analysis. The expectation is that the account managing will be the lead for our clients across the management of their eCommerce strategy to encompass retail, media, and creative solutions.
What You'll Do
* Lead client accounts and work with the media and content leads to ensure that all client accounts are managed effectively and strategically
* Develop and lead strategic presentations and business reviews for the client to incorporate inputs across all disciplines that relate to their business objectives and make educated, well-researched recommendations for future activity
* Build client trust by educating them on how to be successful in all aspects of Amazon and other marketplaces
* Create a roadmap for current work streams and manage various projects with our internal teams to proactively develop the account
* Partner with sophisticated clients to drive marketplace strategies and growth initiatives. This includes developing brand strategies, marketing and promotional planning, QBRs, resolving client escalations, and overseeing general Amazon business management and operations to ensure sustained growth and operational excellence
* Understand client needs and consult with them from a holistic perspective to unlock the best possible results both on and off Amazon and other marketplaces
* Be the internal advocate for your clients
