**About the opportunity**:
- **Position**: Fleet Administrator
- **Location**: Jandakot (parking provided)
- **Employment**Type**: Temporary
- **Duration**: Ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months
- **Start date**: ASAP
- **Compensation**: $42 per hour + Superannuation
- **Work Hours**: Full-time, commencing at 8:30 am with a 7.5-hour workday
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate purchase orders, review invoices, and process goods receipt transactions.
- Maintain relevant spreadsheets, use fleet management software, and organise records.
- Address routine fleet issues and fulfill business-wide requests, such as coordinating vehicle maintenance bookings and providing support to vehicle custodians.
- Manage vehicle insurance claims and oversee vehicle disposals.
- Administer the Fleet Management inbox, prioritising incoming requests.
**Skills & Experience**:
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
Possess solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience with SAP, specifically in handling purchase orders.
Previous exposure to fleet management is desirable.
