About the Role
Every day will bring new learning opportunities – both in the core shed and in the field. You'll be contributing to exploration activities that matter.
You will:
* Log drill core and cuttings with accuracy and consistency
* Maintain and manage geological databases
* Assist with field mapping, sampling and geological observations
* Support senior geologists with interpretation, preparation and daily activities
You'll walk away with a strong foundation in real exploration geology – the kind you can't learn in a classroom.
Who You Are
You don't need years of experience. You need passion, drive, and the right attitude.
You'll succeed here if you are:
* Degree‑qualified in Geology (minimum)
* Early career (0–2 years' experience)
* Honest, reliable and motivated
* Excited about hands‑on exploration work
* Keen to learn, contribute and grow within a supportive team
* Living within ~1 hour of site to support safe daily travel and work life balance

* Roster: Monday – Friday (5:2), typically 8am – 4pm with flexibility as needed
* Contract: 2‑year fixed term, full‑time

As at 18 November, 2025, we have delivered 72 intersections exceeding 100 g/t AuEq x m (("AuEq g/t x width in m")) from just 103.6 km of drilling at Sunday Creek including results such as 1.0 m @ 2,318 g/t Au drilled within 455.3 m @ 7.2 g/t Au and 13.1 m @ 91.7 g/t Au within 331.5 m @ 6.8 g/t Au.
