About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our busy recruitment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, who enjoys variety in their work, and wants to build their career in recruitment or human resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment activities from job requisitions and approvals through to advertising and onboarding.
* Manage candidate and manager enquiries via phone and email, providing timely, clear and professional responses.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation including offer letters.
* Assist hiring managers with recruitment systems, interview coordination and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Maintain the recruitment email inbox and accurate recruitment records ensuring timely and professional responses. To escalate issues where required.
* Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documentation.
* Support high-volume recruitment campaigns, including assessment centres and post job advertisements on a variety of platforms.
* Provide administrative support to the HR/Recruitment team, including meeting coordination and record keeping.
* Post job ads on a variety of platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Seek, ArtsHub).
* Welcome new starters on their first day, by coordinating inductions and helping them feel at home.
Requirements
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A keen eye for detail, with a strong focus on accuracy.
* Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
* A collaborative approach and a readiness to support the team wherever needed.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive or confidential information.
* Confidence using systems and digital tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
