Job Opportunity

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in our finance department.

We are seeking a full-time accounts professional to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage debit and credit entries accurately and efficiently.
* Perform end-of-month reconciliation for creditors.
* Update timecards and spreadsheets regularly.
* Ensure registers are up-to-date at all times.
* Process payroll inputs correctly.
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls promptly.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in a similar capacity is desirable but not essential.
* Proficiency in using MYOB software is required.
* Excellent Excel skills are necessary for success in this role.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop are essential.
* Effective communication skills are crucial for teamwork and collaboration.
* Attention to detail is vital for accuracy and quality.
