Senior Horticulturist / Supervisor – Join the BUSHY Landscapes Team
This role is perfect for someone with experience in horticulture but is keen to expand their knowledge of native plants, develop their leadership skills and be a part of a passionate and supportive team. You'll supervise a small crew to maintain a diverse range of gardens, from contemporary urban spaces to native ecological landscapes across Sydney.
As part of a multidisciplinary company that also works in landscape construction and bush regeneration, you'll have opportunities to gain practical experience across a variety of natural and built environments if you're interested.
We're seeking a strong communicator, experienced horticulturalist and someone eager to actively develop themselves and their crew. Training and career growth opportunities are provided as part of our expanding team.

What You'll Do:
* Lead and manage client projects with a hands‑on approach.
* Develop and mentor a small team of staff.
* Build strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
* Oversee and undertake garden maintenance tasks (e.g., pruning, hedging, mowing, planting, weeding, mulching, etc.).
* Maintain tools, equipment and irrigation systems.
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, Conservation and Land Management, or equivalent.
* NSW Drivers Licence and Construction White Card.
* Someone who's physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role.
* Permanent full‑time or part‑time positions preferred.
