portfolio — We have a Sunshine Coast focus and are family operators. Where we like to do things a little differently. We are locally based with Duporth Tavern Maroochydore, 4 Pines Mooloolaba, Club Mooloolaba Bowls Club, Pier 33 Mooloolaba and the Sportshub Bokerina. Just some of our local venues.
With continued growth and development in our local area coming. We are now seeking an enthusiastic proven General Manager to join our team.
About the Role
As GM, you will have proven experience and ability to focus on Gaming, Public Bar, Bistro, Accom (12 rooms), Functions and Retail we have two Shops Nambour Plaza, Yandina and our drive through (all branded Liquor Legends). With 100% focus on On Premise, you will have support in our hands Group Retail and Gaming Ops that spend one day a week at the hotel. Our Executive Chef whom you work with and looks after rosters and the kitchen. Our Owner over see the whole business weekly from our Head Office base at Maroochydore. Which includes an admin team and functions, events and marketing dept. You will grow sales and control costs day-to-day. Driving and playing a key role in delivering an exceptional culture that improves the customer experience while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. You will have the ability to grow into other venues and have clear growth opportunity's. The venue currently has a quality team in place.
About You
· A proven hospitality professional looking for ownership of a Hotel
· Experience in all area of a Country style Hotel
· Ability to manage and GROW SALES in all business unites within this Hotel
· An enthusiastic and reliable team player
· A hospitality all-rounder with a hands-on approach
· Highly motivated, driven, and solution-focused
· Available to work nights and weekends
· Ability to work up with Department heads to add value to your venue

Current RSA & RSG, RMLV & Approved Manager qualifications
