Aloft is looking for a full time Assistant Restaurant Manager with the following qualifications:
10 years experience in hospitality, at least 5 of which were in a fine dining setting.
Experience across multiple positions (management, bartending, serving, support staff and back of house)
Experience and certifications in related food and beverage industries (alcohol production, agriculture, food production, etc)
Extensive wine, cocktail, and food knowledge.
Bachelors Degree or similar qualification/certification that contributes and supports ability to manage staff.
Experience within a small business, which includes; managing budgets, staffing etc.
Physical ability to work long hours on your feet, with an ability to lift up to 20kg comfortably.
Bring positive attitude and good energy to the team whilst maintaining high service standards.
Be able to delegate tasks, give constructive feedback and communicate with staff empathetically.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
