About You
* Hold a current WA "A Grade" Electrical Licence (essential)
* Trade qualified with additional Instrumentation certification (highly desirable)
* Over 15 years' hands‐on E&I experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or coordination role
* Strong understanding of mining or heavy industry environments
* Skilled in QA/QC, stakeholder communication, and safety compliance
The Job Role
* Coordinate multiple contractor teams across E&I scope of works
* Act as the key interface between contractors, internal teams, and engineering service providers
* Ensure compliance with safety legislation and company standards
* Lead technical governance, risk assessments, and operational support
* Monitor progress against schedule and budget, managing scope changes and permits
