* Full‑time, 38 hours per week
* Tuesday‑Saturday roster with one 3‑day weekend every month

What you’ll do:
* Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store budgets and KPIs

* Execute and maintain high visual merchandising standards with strong commercial awareness
* Manage stock flow, inventory, and operational priorities efficiently
* Provide consistent feedback and hands‑on coaching to drive performance
* Analyse business reports and make informed commercial decisions that drive results
* Build a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture through strong leadership
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fast‑paced retail environment
* Confidence working autonomously and taking full ownership of store performance
* Strong people leadership skills with a coaching‑led approach
* Commercially minded, proactive, and results‑driven
* Experience in fashion, lifestyle, المادة apparel retail is highly regarded
