***for a committed and motivated individual to commence their professional office career whilst studying a
**Certificate III in Business.**
Across 18 months this entry level position will see you gaining a nationally recognised certificate with all study paid for, hands-on industry experience, and continuous mentoring from a dedicated Maxima Consultant. Upon completion you will have the skills and knowledge to embark on a successful customer service career.
This chance is within the Customer Service department of the Mount Barker District Council and will see you undertaking a wide range of duties including:
- Customer service, in person and over phone
- Document processing including filing and scanning
- Create and maintain electronic files
- Call logging and ensuring all queries are appropriately addressed
- Additional administration duties as required
