We are looking for a Practice Manager or Senior Vet Nurse who has team management, strong leadership and team building skills, to join and lead a genuinely friendly, caring team who are passionate about providing great patient standards of care and customer service.
Eastwood House is a beautiful heritage listed building, fully equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, 2 consult rooms, surgery and prep room. We are a small close-knit team of 2 Vets and 3 Vet Nurses offering the best standards of care to our local and loyal client base of the Toowoomba region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of vets and nurses
* Manage day-to-day clinic operations: scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance
* Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes exceptional patient care and client satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service
* Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
* Monitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable
* Work with regional management to meet financial targets and manage clinic performance
