As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our network of pharmacy customers in Tasmania.
You will need to have a high level of autonomy and be able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales objectives by building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers/buyers, implementing profit-making retail solutions, increasing market share, and identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate sales opportunities through various channel partners, covering a wide range of products, brands, and ranges.
* Collaborate closely with State Sales Managers, the BDM team, and other internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development or account management ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
* Ability to engage and influence others with excellent verbal and written communication.
* Demonstrated business foresight with strong commercial acumen.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously.
